Kalia is a large and muscular bully. He is depicted as a normal boy who is always outshone by Bheem. He has two followers, Dholu and Bholu, who sometimes help him with his plans and, at other times, completely abandon him. He often blows his own trumpet by claiming he is the strongest and most courageous person. Whenever any problem arises, he runs away. He is shown making ideas more popular than Bheem.  Despite his competitive personality, he also helps the gang with common problems, such as an attack on Dholakpur, etc.
